How DO I See Myself?

I see Myself as a
Shy short person that Loves to Write, loves sports, shy around people that I don’t know and a person that is not good at maths.

My Soul friend description


A soul friend is a relationship between a big person and a young person that takes care of one another day by day.
This was modelled to our school named Saint Pius X Catholic School about 50 years ago from the Holy Faith Sisters who created our beautiful school.

My soul friends are Kemaia and Arvay and I have chosen to be the big
person who leads a good sample for them during this year.
They are both my buddy reading partners, that I have promised to take care of them during this beautiful year.

On 17th of March it was Saint Patrick day where us & our soul friends got a 
blessing from father promising our soul friends by saying yes I will.


During this year I and my two soul friends will have fun together and I will always be right by their side.

My Maths on my Book !

Today for my maths I have learned how to understand my 10's and 100's by using my knowledge that I know from my brain and write it down on my maths book.

I am showing use how I am in my basic fact and how I can understand by number 10-100 by using my brain that has knowledge.

This is my result from my maths & I have got 5 wrong, which is pretty good than my first result. 
I am learning to know my basic facts & to use all the knowledge that I already know and put what I think about it.

I am very proud of this result because it is showing me how much I can put in to my Learning.

My Writing (About Me)

Learn : For my writing I have learned how to write a Narrative Structure by using it in the correct order. 

This writing that I have done is about me so people who are reading my blog can know what kind of learner I am in a catholic School.
Ever since I was I little girl till now I couldn't believe that I am a year 7 now and going to be a year 8 Next year where I will be getting ready to head off to college. My Name is Henrietta Latu and I  am a Tongan girl that is 11 years old student that goes to saint Pius X School.


I am a person that is looking forward to head to college with a good Attitude,Behaviour and a good report from my Teacher.
I have come such a long way starting  from Room one until now which is Room 7. I was brought up in such a beautiful place could New Zealand where I was born on May 28, 2004, and started coming to a Catholic School since I was 5 years old.


In my class I am trying my best to put in all the effort into the work that my Teacher gives me.
My Goal for me this year is to make sure I focus and push myself so hard to the work that my teacher gives me day by day.
And finally last of all when I leave this school I will be so happy to see what I will be like in the future when I grow up one day.

WALT- To write a Narrative story about Station of the cross about the Son Of God who died for our sins.

The Fourth Station- Jesus Meets His Mother (Mary)

As I watched my son carrying the Big heavy cross on his back at Calvary Hill I began to remember how much my son means to me.
As I keeled down in front of him, I could tell how hurtful he was to see me with tear, I could see how much Pain he was  in when  he saw me crying with love and care.

But when I went up to my Son there was as much blood on his  poor   face as the Nile river.  
I could see all of his scar and the blood that was on his face.

Looking into my Son Jesus eyes it made my heart drop because there was tears dripping down from his Blood.

Seeing people waiting for Jesus to keep moving on I knew this was the last time I will be able to see his beautiful, Gentle face as a sunflower.

So as I Gently Touched his Loving face and cried with as many Tears as Blue Rain.

Then after that It was time for Jesus to go, so he stood up and carried on the big Heavy cross. My heart was beating very fast because this was the last time Jesus was going to see his dear Mother which was me.

So After Jesus had left with sadness and pain I had followed him to his crucifixion, I couldn't imagine how awful it was going to be, because I already knew what was going to happen next and that was Jesus my son was going to  get crucified.

My Reading - The Ants And The Grasshopper.

Learn: To Identify The Narrative Structure On the Ants & The Grasshopper

Orientation -

Where: In the woods and trees.
When: Winter
Who: Ants, Grasshopper and the Huhu Grubs.



Complication -
The animals were in Antarctica and the little ants had a safe place and had plenty of food to eat in the cold weather. But one day when its came to summer that when they started to catch a lot of colony food for them to eat. Then there came the Grasshopper, the ants had offer them to get some food to get ready for Winter, but they offered to say No they just wanted to make lots of music. But suddenly a few months later the Grasshopper had went and knocked at the ants home and said ‘’Let me in ! ‘’ Let me in ! but the ants had replied back and laugh saying I have been spending the whole entire summer without picking some food and a warm place for you, so why would I bother Letting you come in, and it is not even my problem. Suddenly the wind blew even harder and the grasshopper said If I stay out here I am going to die, but the ants did not care. Then the ants had said what can you offer us to stay here at our home, the grasshopper said play music and also do other things, so the ants let him in he was very happy and proud about it. So they all had their party together and at the end that ants starting thanking the amazing grasshopper.

SEQUENCE OF EVENT - Plot -  What happened in sequence?  You can bullet point the main events.

The Grasshopper love making music
The Grasshopper did not listen to the Ants in the summer
He came begining to them in the cold winter
The ants cared so much about their safety and food in the winter
They finally became friends at the end of the story.

RESOLUTION - How was the problem solved?
The problem was solved at the end when the ants finally cared for the grasshopper and let him stay in his house for a party also to keep them safe.

Conclusion
The two animals became friends afterwards at the end of the story.
