Many New Zealanders have a strong passion for outdoors and that is the reason why we have visitors and also because they love taking part in outdoors activites. The most popular activites are Hiking, Camping, Fishing, bush and also walks.

New Zealand’s most popular sport is Rugby. The New Zealand team All blacks had recently been winning the rugby World Cup, even though the sport has a public school beginning in England in New Zealand.

Over the past four hundred years ago before Christopher Columbus and also the other people from Europe were Frightend about falling from the edge of the world, There were Maori people who sailed about thousand miles across the other side of the Pacific Oceans and became the first inhabitant or New Zealand.

Did you read anything on the site that surprised you? I was a bit surprised to read that many of the European explorers were scared to sail towards New Zealand because they were worried that they might fall off the edge of the world. It's a bit of a strange thought, isn't it?
